Travel Coorg

Distance - 250 Kms from Bangalore

Lets begin our journey now

Day 1

Preferable time to leave Bangalore - around 6 am

* Head on to banglore-mysore highway
* Cross kengeri, bidadi, ramanagar, channapatna, maddur, mandya, srirangapatna
* After we cross srirangapatna there is a diversion to yelwala (roads are 50% fine) else we can continue travelling to mysore till columbia-asia junction.
* Take a right and hit the ring road which connects hunsur road.
* Take a right again at the hunsur road and cross hunsur, piriyapatna and reach kushalnagar.



* Take a left from the highway to reach the 1st point - Golden temple [Kushalanagar]
* Now lets proceed further and hit the Madikeri highway again and reach our 2nd destination Kaveri Nisargadhama
* Next lets proceed further and reach our 3rd destination Dubare forest.
* Enjoy in Dubare forest and reach out to the nearby home stays and hit a break for our cars and relax with beautiful nature.

Day 2

* Lets have our breakfast and start our day and reach out Abbey falls which is our 4th destination.
* Now lets visit the holy place Talakaveri [birth place of river Kaveri] which is our 5th destination and climb Brahmagiri hills for a fantastic view of nature.
* Lets head back to Madikeri to town and reach out our 6th destination Raja seat for the beautiful sunset and enjoy time in the garden with beautiful fountains.
* Lets end our day with this and relax.

Day 3

* Now lets make a move towards the south part of Coorg and visit Igguthappa temple on the way which is our 7th destination
* After that lets visit Cheluvara falls which is the 8th destination.
* Next lets go to the wonderful waterfalls [Irupu falls] which is our 9th destination.
* Next lets visit Nagarahole forest which is our last and 10th destination in the evening and return back to Bangalore.
